A competition for the position of Senior Researcher has been announced (applications open until 15.08.2024)

The Institute of Literature, Folklore and Art of the University of Latvia (UL ILFA), in line with its Strategy (2022–2027), announces a competition for the following academic position:
Senior Researcher in the humanities and arts, in the field of linguistics and literary studies, subfield of comparative literature, specializing in cultural processes of the 16th–19th centuries, interactions between Latvian and other cultures, and Baltic German literature.
The salary for the Senior Researcher position starts from 800 EUR per month (gross).
