To mark the anniversary, ILFA UL invites everyone to the family-friendly open-air event “Living Green”, which will take place on 27 June 2026, from 15.00 to 20.00, at the Botanical Garden of the University of Latvia, Jāņa Šteinhauera Street 2, Riga.
The event is conceived as a gift to society — an inspiring afternoon of being and doing together in a lively green environment. It will bring together research, culture and nature, offering visitors an opportunity to discover the work of ILFA UL researchers in an informal, open and creative atmosphere.
Throughout the day, visitors will be invited to take part in conversations with researchers of different generations, thematic co-creation activities, workshops, quizzes, poetry readings, karaoke and other activities. ILFA UL researchers will welcome guests in the Folklore Courtyard, the Literature Pavilion and the Temple of Arts.
