The competition for the academic position has concluded (4 September)

The competition for the academic position at the Institute of Literature, Folklore and Art of the University of Latvia has concluded.

On 4 September 2024, the ILFA Scientific Council voted by secret ballot on the candidate, electing Māra Grudule as Leading Researcher in the Humanities and Arts, in the subfield of Comparative Literary Studies, with a specialization in the study of 16th–19th century cultural processes, interactions between Latvian and other cultures, as well as Baltic German literature.
