Cultural Heritage in Times of War: Online Lecture Series

Researchers from the project Data4UA, which unites partners from Latvia, Ukraine, Greece, and Slovenia, invite participants to an online lecture series dedicated to the preservation, research, and restoration of cultural heritage under conditions of military threat. Special attention will be given to the role of society and higher education institutions in safeguarding Ukraine’s cultural heritage since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022.
A total of six lectures are planned, with the next sessions taking place on September 17, September 24, and October 2 at 16:00. The lectures will be held in English (with partial translation into Ukrainian) via Zoom. All are welcome, but prior registration is required.
