Ilze Ļaksa-Timinska participates in a conference in Portland

From 25 to 29 October, a humanities conference organized by the Department of Humanities at the University of Washington and the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Portland is taking place in Portland, USA.

As part of the Cultural History panel, Ilze Ļaksa-Timinska, researcher at the Institute of Literature, Folklore and Art of the University of Latvia (LU LFMI), is presenting the paper “Latvian Writers in the USSR in the 1920s–1930s: The Historical Trap.”
