Ieva Vīvere has been nominated for the Woman Leader of the Year Award

Since 1997, an award has been presented to women leaders, currently organized by the Women’s Cooperation Network. On June 27 of this year, the Woman Leader of the Year Award ceremony took place in the “Ozols” Hall of JSC “Riga International Bus Terminal.” A total of seven awards were presented—five across the regions of Latvia (Riga, Kurzeme, Zemgale, Vidzeme, and Latgale), one to a woman leader in the diaspora, and one for contributions in support of Ukraine.

We are very pleased that Ieva Vīvere, a researcher at the Institute of Literature, Folklore and Art of the University of Latvia (ILFA), received a certificate of recognition in the Riga region.
