Dāvis Eņģelis is participating in a metaphor conference in Spain

From June 28 to 30, the 16th annual conference of The Association for Researching and Applying Metaphor (RaAM) will take place at Universidad de Alcalá in Alcalá de Henares, Spain. This year’s conference theme is “Metaphor in Public Discourse.”

Scientific Assistant Dāvis Eņģelis from the Institute of Literature, Folklore and Art of the University of Latvia (LU LFMI) will participate in the conference with a poster presentation titled “Body Metaphors in Music Descriptions: A Study of Latvian Musical Thought.”
