Cultural Heritage under Military Threat: Online Lectures

At the end of last year, six online lectures on preservation, research and restoration of cultural heritage under threat were held in the framework of the project “Capacity building for data-driven cultural heritage management in Ukraine” (Data4UA). They were led by researchers and professors from Lviv Polytechnic National University (Ukraine), Space4CC (Greece/Norway), University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) and the Institute of Literature, Folklore and Arts of the University of Latvia.

The lectures are in English, but some of them are translated into Ukrainian and are available to all interested on the project website (https://www.data4ua.eu/home) as well as on youtube.com:

The primary objectives of Data4UA project are to assess the measures taken by higher education institutions (HEIs) and society in response to cultural heritage emergencies in Ukraine, enhance the knowledge and skills of higher education staff and students in safeguarding cultural heritage, and investigate the role of higher education institutions in promoting societal responses to cultural heritage emergencies.

The project is supported by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union (2023-1-LV01-KA220-HED-000166558).
